Ann Moir

Ann Moir has been the administrator/general manager of the AAO since 1994 prior to which she worked in Community Arts (Community Arts Resource Centre, Arts Victoria). She was the publishing co-ordinator, photographer, recorder and writer for the oral history work 'Copping It Sweet: Shared Memories of Richmond'. For the centenary of Melbourne's cable tram system, she produced an inter-Municipal library exhibition recording in archival materials, photographs and film the colourful history of the system and its mechanics parts of which are now on display in the Tramways Museum. She has worked in film as Artistic Director, 'Hard Knocks' (Dir. Don McLennan) and worked at the Melbourne Filmakers Cooperative , Lygon Street, Melbourne before its sad demise in the 1970's...
