Joan Spiller (Chair)

Joan Spiller combines Board Directorships with consultancy work, as Managing Partner of Welsearch Pty Ltd. She chairs the Board of Flower & Samios Architects, and is Secretary of the Mietta Foundation and the Mietta Song Recital Award Committee and chairs the Working Group for the Georges Mora Foundation.
Past Board Directorships have included the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, Monash IVF, Monash Ultrasound for Women, Monash Reproductive Pathology and Genetics, and the Victorian Rehabilitation Centre. She was a Member of the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra Board and a Trustee of the Melbourne Symphony Foundation. Her background is in public sector management and policy, particularly in Health and Communications and her consultancy work has included the fields IT services, Bio-tech, Building & Construction, Communications, Healthcare, Education and Defence.
